Refund/Cancellation Policy

Fortune Microsystem does not offer refunds in any case even for Failed SMS/Call, Account Block or for the services which
is left unused. Once a transaction is initiated by user & money added to Fortune Microsystem account then there will be
no refund in future to the user's bank account.
